TEAC has squashed its Aurb iPod dock with the Mini Aurb SR-80iDAB, a more compact version of the original SR-100.
The new version features a similar looking semi-circle design, and comes with a DAB/FM radio as well as iPod dock.
It measures 40 x 21.5 x 16cm and can deliver 2 x 15 watts of power through its stereo speakers. It can also play back MP3 files via its USB connection and comes with a remote control.
Bass is boosted by TEAC’s own MAXX Audio DSP technology and you can use the remote to select playlists, artists and albums
You can connect an additional MP3 player or CD drive via the stereo RCA sockets and there’s also a composite video output on the back for connecting to a TV.
The TEAC SR-80iDAB is available now in black/silver, grey/silver and red/silver finishes for £150.
